Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase dependent on the nature of the Product, the condition of the Product MUST be in brand new, re-sellable condition with no markings on the Product itself and in its original package, unopened. If Product is returned without set policy, the Product will be shipped back to the buyer and the shipping costs will be charged to buyer. All ELECTRICAL Products are not returnable, NO EXCEPTIONS. All special order parts, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will only be refunded at the discretion of Company. Company is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes on international shipping returns when Product is sent back to buyer due to failure of following Company's policies. Damaged Products must be inspected and reported immediately with proof; I.E, digital picture sent via e-mail. Company must receive proof of damaged Product in a timely manner (5 Days) to proceed with proper action. All refunds are posted as soon as Product arrives back to Company. Refund transactions take 7-10 business days to post to buyers financial account, it does not post immediately. A staff member of Company must authorize all returns.
